THE BORING BIT
The golden ticket guarantees you a place in the grow and show.Ā Once the competition closes everyone with a golden ticket will have their names put into the wheel of names, this will then decide the order of picking.Ā Everyone will then choose their preferred koi out of the 12 in the order they were drawn.
9 months after the competition has closed on a date TBC (end of season 2025) I will ask for your pictures to be sent in of your koi and they will be judged on the most growth and best koi overall, the winner of each will receive Ā£500.
The growing period will be the start of season 2025 (the exact date will be weather-dependent due to posting, although you can collect if preferred).Ā They will be kept heated and fed until this point so you aren’t receiving thin held-back koi.
You can win more than 1 golden ticket.

THE KOI
Videos and pictures will be added of the koi over the next month (they are being done professionally to reflect the quality of the fish) hence them not being available now.Ā I will be putting some mobile phone videos of the koi on Facebook over the next week or so.Ā At this point, they are all tosai averaging 30cm and believed to be female although this can’t be guaranteed.
Koi can only be delivered to UK mainland, if you are in Ireland and some parts of Scotland you could be outside of our courier’s area but you can still collect.
